1. Everyone around you will always have an opinion about what and how you do things. Only give an ear to those who have done it themselves. 🗣 2. Food is not the enemy. Do NOT CUT OUT FOOD GROUPS. 😑 3. It won’t take just 12 weeks or even a whole year for you to reach all of your goals. It will take MANY YEARS. Be Patient. 4. Document your progress in pictures. Not the number on the scale. The scale is 💩. 5. Mindset will be what makes or breaks a sustainable journey. Work on it ALWAYS. 6. Diets that promise FAST results, create short term/cookie cutter progress. Be in it for the LONG RUN. 🌻 7. Everything you do to fuel, care, and recover outside of the gym MATTERS.
