How many times a week should I train?
The ideal training frequency is 4 times a week. You alternate your exercise and rest days.
Here is a good example:
Monday: training day
Tuesday: rest day
Wednesday: training day
Thursday: rest day
Friday: Training day
Saturday: rest day
Sunday: training day
Some people prefer back-to-back training days and then take the third day to rest. But make sure you take a rest day because your body needs time to recover.
